All our riders have safely made it to the finish of the 2024 MotoNomad Rally, located just on the outskirts of Ulaanbaatar. They have experienced a true cross section of the best terrain Mongolia has to offer from the mountains, lakes and forests in the north to the wide-open spaces of the Gobi Desert in the south and everything in between. It hasn’t been an easy ride with some misadventures and plenty of challenges along the way, but all agree it’s been rewarding and an event to remember. Many stories were told over a traditional Mongolia banquet and the odd Khan beer or two. With a massive 2,000km covered mostly offroad during the event some of the riders have chosen to head into the city tomorrow for some well-deserved R&R and a chance to buy some gifts to bring back home, while others will be heading to the airport and off home first thing in the morning. A massive thank-you to all our location Mongolian support crew who chased us through the whole trip giving us a hand and encouragement along the way.
