Tonight the MotoNoamd Rally riders were fortunate to be invited to camp beside a goat herding family living in a ger on the edge of the Gobi Desert. Despite having no shared language, the excitement of this unexpected meeting was shared by all. The patriarch of the family ordered his sons to slaughter a goat which was cooked on hot rocks and shared between his family and his guests. Other riders found unique camping spots and had their own experiences meeting the local people further on down the MotoNomad rally route.
