Our riders woke up to the stunning surrounds of Lake Hövsgöl having traveling by car yesterday from Ulaanbaatar, arriving late in the evening. Many enjoyed their first night’s stay in a traditional Mongolian yurt. We have a great group of 14 experienced riders and travellers from the UK and New Zealand, ready to head off on the adventure of a lifetime. Today’s goal was to test fit their luggage onto the motorcycles and familiarise themselves with the bikes while exploring the surrounds of the incredible lake. The riders will enjoy another night’s stay in the start accommodation tonight, as excitement builds for the start of the MotoNomad Rally in the morning.
